At Rapid TV, we want to make things right and we assure our services are very stable in most cases and you will not face issues that we can’t solve. 

When you subscribed you had to agree to our terms and conditions, even if you failed to read them. Our policy is strict and impartially correct.

We carefully respect our clients and we expect the same courtesy.

Refund Policy - Refund Policy

We can Help

Within THREE days of ordering. should you have difficulty connecting to our service, and have contacted a support technician who cannot help you, you are entitled to a refund.  We will refund you the price of your service within seven days.

If you are in any doubt whether our service is suitable for your needs, we encourage you to try a trial package before purchasing a subscribed package.

Trials are not refundable!
Refund Policy - We can Help

Refunds are not available in the following cases

  • You will not be approved for a refund if the issue is not on our technical side ( if it is coming from your side, a device that you use, or a bad internet connection in your country or area) or if any other possibility that does not include our technical possibilities.
  • Once you have successfully connected to our service, refunds are no lo longer available.
  • Refunds are not available if you do not take a trial and and successfully connect to our service.
  • You will not be approved for a refund in any case if you violate our terms and conditions and your account is suspended.
  • You will not be approved for a refund if you used our services for a while, and for example in any case, if you have a subscription of 12 or fewer months and after 8 months of perfect service used you’re facing technical issues on our side that we can’t solve in 10 days ( and you’re not able to use the rest of the subscription purchased from us because the issue) in this case you’ll be able to have a partial refund for the rest of the subscription period that you can’t use.
  • You will not be approved for a refund if you fill in the ordering form with wrong connection information like (the wrong Mac address, also once a subscription is active for a device there is no chance to change devices because the previous device was already activated as you required.
  • You will not be able to access a refund if you did this or you simply want to trigger another device you need to buy a new subscription with us without a refund for your previous purchase, so to prevent that when you make a subscription with us be sure you fill the correct information, and be sure what device you want to connect. Only devices and applications that use the M3U playlist are able to be switched with the same subscription ( devices that require MAC code to connect are not able to be switched with other devices, subscription is strictly activated for that MAC.)

Requesting a Refund

Follow the steps below to request a refund

  1. Enter a support ticket and request a refund.
  2. Enter the reason you wish to apply for a refund
  3. Provide any relevant support information on the technical reasons you require a refund.

Note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 21-30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. Once you have requested a refund you cannot subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.
