By subscribing or purchasing from Rapid TV, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions below.

Once you subscribe with Rapid TV it is considered you agree to our refund policy, terms and conditions, even if you claim you didn't read them.

Our policy is very strict and impartially correct and we carefully respect our clients and we expect the same thing, so when you subscribe with us you agreed to our terms and conditions.

Trials

If you have any doubt that our services will work with your particular setup, we highly encourage you to use a trial before subscribing to a full package.

Trials are not refundable

Trials are limited to one trial per account.

Trials may be suspended during Major Sport Events.

Content

The number of live TV and VOD channels may be changed, updated or deleted at any time without notice.

Any changes in the categories or anything included in the content may occur at any time.

Rapid TV has no control over the content provided, or EPG, or any updates made to them.

Quality of the content provided

Due to the nature of IPTV and the factors it depends on, such as the Internet Service Provider, Internet speed, bandwidth, streaming sources and many other variables, we cannot guarantee that the content will work 100% all the time, as it is possible to find problems such as buffering, freezing or non-functioning of the content.

Therefore, please make sure you have a high speed internet connection and that your service provider allows IPTV servers to reduce the possibility of problems.

Connections allowed for each subscription

Each subscription allows only specific connections. Sharing, or using more than your subscribed connections will result in the suspension of your subscription and IP without refund.

General Terms

VPN Usage Policy

In order to protect your viewing of services, use of VPN applications or servers is not only permitted but is encouraged.

Software

Rapid TV gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Rapid TV as part of the services. This is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services as provided by Rapid TV, in the manner permitted by these terms.

Unsupported countries

Our service works anywhere in the world, provided that your Internet Service Provider does not block our services.

Data Usage Charges

The customer is responsible for all expenses or charges related to their data usage or internet charges.

Information provided

Any information or data provided must be accurate. You must own or have the right to use the payment method used to purchase any product from us.

Suspension and downtime

In addition to our rights and conditions to terminate or deactivate the subscription, you confirm and agree to downtime in the event of server maintenance or any updates or server related issues, you will not be notified of these until they occur.

Liability

When permitted by law, Rapid TV, and Rapid TV’s suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Unacceptable Usage Behaviour

Rapid TV does not allow any type of re-streaming, transmission of content or distribution of the provided content.

Adjustments to our terms and conditions

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice. Any such changes will be effective upon posting. By continuing to use our service and this site after any such modification, you acknowledge that you have read the modified terms.
